The Challenge
The seamless user experience required the integration of several complex systems of Koach including the design system, community pages ("circles"), profile dashboard, relevant modals and redesigning of footer and onboarding.
Defining the Backbone
The objective here was to figure out the main structure while checking off the requirement list received by the Founder. They include but are not limited to displaying: page title, community profile, feeds, number of members.
Problem with Version 1
The overall design looked too similar to LinkedIn, opinions were there that "character" of Koach wasn't present across the elements.
Redesigned with Character
With the new version, extra features (filtering system) and information were added. New layout was implemented to amplify uniqueness of Koach platform. Card design allowed presenting content in bite-sized, visually appealing units encouraging interaction. Key actions are highlighted in an effective manner across the contents.
Prototype: How user gets to the Circles page (Finance & Banking Professionals) from Landing page.
Streamlined Copywriting
By providing ChatGPT with prompts mentioning background information, tone and purpose, I was able to quickly put together the mockup of the Circles Page for both feeds section and rules section. This allowed me to focus on other tasks and increased creativity juice for content writing.
Profile Dashboard
User (mentee) browses through mentor's profile he or she is interested in based on objective. Interface and flow are simple and straightforward to navigate through.
Modals
To ensure seamless experience, the appearance of all parts of design are consistent. Important information and primary actions are clear and distinct, each modals are visually standing out from background with sufficient contrast.

Onboarding
Improvements
There were adjustments made to the prior version of the onboarding screens. This included adhering to consistent layout, paragraph styles, spacings, updated logo across all the screens for users to recognize they are within same onboarding process and under Koach brand. Specific placement/structure provided extra space for users, allowing display of additional contents with ease.
