During my time at Clarity Recruitment as a Product Designer, along with the team's head of product and lead product designer, I had the opportunity to be part of working on evaluating an existing product of Clarity "Company Culture Profile Assessment". From there, I was able to design an engaging email template where the results of the assessment get sent to the candidate as a reference of how they responded.
